Dyefor.com does have a return policy. All non-personalised goods purchased can be returned for refund within 30 working days from receipt of goods. Unfortunately, returns of personalised goods are not accepted unless the item is faulty. Personalised items are hand-made, so the information entered by the customer is exactly what is printed. Therefore, it's important to double check any names, or text, for spelling mistakes and ensure the correct size device/model number has been ordered. Dyefor.com cannot accept responsibility for spelling mistakes or incorrect size selection, unless the error was made by them as a result of the production process. For any returns, customers are advised to contact Dyefor.com for a Returns Authorisation Number before returning any goods back. The returned goods should be unused. It's the customer's responsibility to take due care of items in their possession. Returned items must be suitable for re-sale, undamaged, unworn, in its original condition, in its original packaging, with all original packaging included with the return. For hygienic reasons, certain items like underwear, panties, stockings and swimwear might not be refunded if found to be worn. It's also the customer's responsibility to include the Returns Number in the parcel. Failing to include this will result in a delay processing the return. Customers can also contact Dyefor.com via email at [email protected] instead of using the contact us form if they prefer.
